What Is Colour Energy?
Since 1988, Colour Energy Corporation (CEC) has been providing consumers, practitioners and retailers around the world with education, technologies and healing products. The founder of the Colour Energy concept, and the power behind the development of the line of Colour Bath® and colour therapy products for personal wellness, is a former kindergarten teacher named Inger Naess.
The Colour Energy concept is based on a complete analysis of the influences of the seven primary colours and their relation to aspects of our personality and effects on our overall wellness.
Our Concept
Colour is pure energy. Each colour of the rainbow has a different frequency and power which reaches you through light rays. Light stimulates our body's endocrine system, which is connected to our Colour Intelligence Centres™ – also referred to as energy or chakra centres. All organs, body systems and functions are connected to these centres. Light consists of the seven colour energies: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo & Violet.
Our body absorbs light energy for nourishment on a daily basis. As well, our other senses can receive additional colour energy through a balance of different coloured foods, herbs, vitamins, minerals, aromatherapy, essences, sound, colour therapy eyewear, clothing, decor and colour bathing.

Inger Naess, Founder of Colour Energy®
Inger Naess first became aware of the role colour plays in our lives when she was a kindergarten teacher. Inger realized that the different personalities of the children in her classes corresponded to the different energies of the seven main colours. For several years, Inger studied, in depth, the history of colour and the effects of colour on people.
In 1988, Inger developed Colour Bath® as an alternative energy source to the sun's natural energy rays. Inger felt that because our body is mainly comprised of water and our body feels comfortable in it, colour bathing would be a wonderful way to reap the benefits of colour energy. Further enhancing a colour vibration through our various senses completes the body, mind & soul experience.
